Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Hours may vary on holidays. Drop-off and pickup must take place during posted lobby hours.
Reservations are highly recommended. Once registered, you can reserve daycare visits through the Gingr for Pet Parents app. Walk-in availability depends on capacity and our staff-to-dog ratio.
First Visit & Assessment
All dogs must complete and pass a behavioral assessment with our management team before joining group daycare. This helps us determine whether your dog’s temperament, play style, and behavior are a good fit.
Assessment: $50, including one complimentary day of daycare. Receive 20% off the assessment for each additional dog.
Assessments are available Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, on a walk-in basis. Your registration paperwork and all health requirements must be completed beforehand.
Health & Vaccination Requirements
Before your dog’s assessment or first visit, please provide documentation of:
Current Rabies, DHPP/DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations.
A negative fecal test within the past six months.
Current flea and tick prevention.
Dogs over seven months old must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play. All guests must be healthy, able to walk unassisted, and comfortable being handled by our team. Dogs must not have been exposed to a known contagious illness within 30 days before check-in.
Vaccination timing: First-time vaccinations, or required vaccines more than nine days overdue, must be administered at least 14 days before check-in. Titers are accepted with proper documentation.
For puppies: Puppies must be over 16 weeks old, have completed three sets of DHLPP vaccines, received Bordetella and Rabies vaccines, and have a negative fecal test. They must also be at least two weeks past their final required vaccine series before their assessment.
